Broker, John is licensed in Maine and New Hampshire and assists in all facets of the business. With a strong background in mortgages and investment properties, John has made his living solely from real estate since 1973. 

In 1973, after John fulfilled his military obligation, without a dime in his pocket purchased his first six-unit apartment complex from a “For Sale by Owner” with nothing down and the seller held the mortgage. Then John bought a seven-unit mixed use property with zero down, bank financing on the first mortgage and a 17% interest rate on the second mortgage. Next John acquired a six-unit town-house waterfront building on the Merrimack River with nothing down and 100% funding. After that he obtained an oceanfront hotel, three oceanfront homes and an oceanfront lot, with zero down and financed 100%.  John went on to purchase and build numerous other properties around the oceanfront hotel and develop an oceanfront complex. John then moved on to buy and develop beach resorts in the Caribbean. At the peak they had forty units in the USA and forty units in the Caribbean. For over a decade, John and Janna also owned a mortgage company doing business & licensed in numerous states, then they proceeded to become Real Estate Agents, also licensed in numerous states and developed Team Syrene Inc. consisting of John Syrene, Janna Syrene and Sophia Syrene all three Real Estate Brokers. The Syrene family has made there living in real estate since 1973 and has assisted clients in buying and sell over $400 million dollars in real estate.
