Janna and her team are detailed, professional and you can always count on the fact that they will keep you updated whether it is positive or negative feedback. As someone who has been a real estate agent in the past, I wanted to hire someone who didn't just have a large number of listings. I wanted a true professional, who had the skill to SELL our listing for as much as possible and in the least amount of time. Janna came out and spoke with us after we called her. She didn't just talk. She LISTENED to us. We told her what we thought was important for her to know about our property and what we wanted in a new home. I will make a short story shorter. Because of Janna's skilled marketing efforts, we were able to sell our home in just 10 days! That's only part of it. Not only was it sold quickly, but we had 2 offers on the property the first weekend it was shown and both were ABOVE the listing price! Did I mention that our house was in a price category that was moving VERY slowly? Janna priced our home perfectly and sold it quickly and efficiently. On the purchase side, Janna showed incredible negotiating skill. There's no substitute for negotiating instincts. Personally, I think Janna should take her skill to a large metropolitan area with vast suburbs. She'd make a fortune as sophisticated as she is.
